Residency Program
What is residency at redemption church?
Our residency is a two-year program for aspiring urban church practitioners pursuing new missional opportunities.
After completing the two year term, residents will have valuable experience in vocational or bi-vocational ministry, urban church planting, marketplace ventures that serve urban communities, or faith-based non-profit work. Through this program, residents will experience the reality of serving in the urban context of NYC.
